Mr. Li qihan, chairman of S technology, and Ms. Wu Aiping, general manager worked in Ningbo University from the end of 1984 to the middle of 1994. Their daughter, Li Jue, was born in Ningbo University in 1987. Now her daughter has returned from Canada. Li qihan and his wife set up a happy family in Ningbo University and have deep feelings for Ningbo University. In order to appreciate and feedback, more than 20 tons of sunset stone were transported from the border of Yunnan and Guangxi to mark the 25th anniversary of the University.

On October 28, 2011, the school motto stone unveiling ceremony was held in Ningbo University, and the leaders and alumni of Ningbo University witnessed a historic moment together.
