Sharing Session on 28th, Jan

  Today we held the second sharing session today, that Mrs. Choi sharing her feeling after watching 《Headspace Guide to Meditation》 produced by Netflix.
  Choi has shared us with some practical tips about meditation, including concentration, visualization, reflection and marking, which let us understand the concept, method, and effect of meditation.
  Long-term meditation can slowly tame people’s mind, make people clear thinking and emotional stability. Also, it’s beneficial to reducing stress, frustration, depression, pain; increasing happiness, patience, tolerance and compassion.

  All in all, meditation helps to work better, live better, and get along with people better.
